Lindsay was appointed to the National Board as a Director in 2021. Lindsay is a senior human resource professional with extensive experience working in large, globally listed organisations across multiple industries. Lindsay works closely with senior commercial leaders and executive leadership teams, providing strategic HR advice and solutions on employment relations, developing leadership capability, and organisational design.
Lindsay has a strong interest in community and culture and has contributed to the mission of various not-for-profit sector organisations and committees. As a proud East Timorese woman, Lindsay also volunteers and contributes to support initiatives for East Timor in Melbourne.
Lindsay has a passion for progress, both in the workplace and the community, and is committed to the mission of Retina Australia.
