Board of Directors
Joshua was appointed to the National Board as a director in 2020. He has extensive experience in senior management roles in the Corporate Governance, Audit and Risk Management profession within the Financial Services and Government sectors.
Josh holds a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. Josh is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Manager and is recognised as a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Josh was diagnosed with Best Disease in his early 30s and is committed to the challenge of ensuring ongoing funding for research into treatments of all inherited retinal diseases.
